All document updates can now be done online by submitting a request online at the following link: https://help.cbp.gov/s/questions?language=en_US. If you choose to come in person, All Passport updates and Name changes are done Monday-Friday between 9:00AM-11:00AM and 5:00PM-7:00PM. No appointments are needed for Passport updates and/or name changes. Name changes must bring their new Passport and Driver’s License with current address for proof of residency.
